She actively contributes to the Finnish cybersecurity community as the founder of Women4Cyber Finland and co-founder of Next Gen Hack FI.

As an advocate for women pursuing careers in cybersecurity, Noora firmly believes in the power of diversity and is dedicated to empowering others to succeed.

Tuomas is a cybersecurity simplifier who specializes in raising awareness and ensuring clear communication.

 

He has experience developing people's cybersecurity skills through various projects, including Aalto University’s Cyber Citizen initiative, and has also worked as a consultant at DNV.

He believes that cybersecurity affects everyone and is dedicated to making it easier for people to understand.

Erik works as Information Security Director at international B2B software company, PairSoft.

 

Erik has 15 years of experience from Information Security management at companies like Nordea, Basware and UPM.

 

Erik is very keen on giving back to the community as he has also received a lot from the IT and Security community. He mentors new joiners, and career changers in cybersecurity and IT.
